Biomedicine Student Research Hub
The Biomedicine Student Research Hub is a fully-equipped laboratory in the University Medical Centre Utrecht. This laboratory is a safe and welcoming space for Life Science students from all over the world. Here, both Bachelor and Master students are guided by professional researchers and taught many different laboratory techniques and academic skills. Our researchers belong to the Bovenschen Lab, a research group in the UMC Utrecht dedicated to developing immunotherapy for brain cancer in children.

About our team and research
Our team is led by professor Dr. Niels Bovenschen and supported by many wonderful and dedicated assitant professors, research technicians, PhD candidates, and master and bachelor students.
Together we work on several different important research questions regarding cancer immunology in the context of paediatric brain cancer.
